We believe learning gets at the heart of what it means to be human. Our approach invites creativity, multiple ways of knowing and reflective practice on real world experience. We offer a respectful and reciprocal peer learning community built on the foundations of safety, courage, empathy and perseverance.

  • Relational Facilitation

In this 2-hour introductory workshop participants will interactively explore how we shift from traditional facilitation methods steeped in supremacy culture towards anti-oppressive approaches based in belonging, creativity and care.

  • Sensing Systems

In this 2.5 hours workshop participants will integrate mind, body and spirit to step beyond systems thinking into experiential exercises that expand our capacity to perceive relationships at interlacing scales. Together we will develop our capacity to notice and name hidden connections and expand or deepen our understanding of systems.

  • Identifying the Roots

In this 90-minute workshop participants will find opportunities for radical change in a group, organization or community where they work, live or lead. Together we will identify the system’s underlying structures, hidden power dynamics and foundational cultural assumptions using the Iceberg Model of Systems Thinking.

  • Shifting Paradigms

In this 90-minute workshop, participants will wrestle with the processes and timeline of paradigmatic change while identifying the role they, their organizations, or their communities play in shifting our large-scale social systems through the lens of the Two-Loop Theory by Margaret Wheatley and Deborah Frieze.

  • Emergent Strategy 101

This workshop is centered around adrienne maree brown’s “Emergent Strategy: Shaping Change, Changing Worlds.” Participants will be introduced to foundational elements and learn how to identify and integrate emergent practices in their groups, organizations, or communities to start transforming systems at the smallest scale.
